Control how SpAItial communicates with you.

Notification Types​

Generation Notifications​

  • World generation complete
  • Generation failed

Account Notifications​

  • Security alerts
  • Important updates

Notification Channels​

In-App​

Notifications within the SpAItial interface. This is the default channel.

Push​

The SpAItial Capture iPhone app can send a system notification when a capture-generated world completes or fails. Push notifications require both permission in iOS and the Push toggle in Settings > Notifications.

Email​

Notifications sent to your registered email. Based on your notification preferences.

Managing Preferences​

  1. Go to Settings > Notifications
  2. Toggle individual notification types
  3. Choose channels for each type
  4. Save preferences

Troubleshooting​

Not Receiving Notifications​

  • Check spam folder
  • Verify email address
  • Review notification settings
  • For Capture push notifications, check iOS Settings > Notifications > SpAItial Capture
  • Check browser permissions for dashboard notifications
