Generation States

Learn what each generation state means and what to expect.

State Overview​

When you create a world, it progresses through several states:

Queued → Processing → Completed

State Details​

Queued​

Your generation request has been received and is waiting to start.

What's happening:

  • Request validated
  • Added to processing queue
  • Waiting for available resources

Duration: Typically seconds to a few minutes

Processing​

Our models are actively generating your world.

What's happening:

  • Our models are working on your world
  • Our system is preparing your world for viewing

Duration: 6-8 minutes typically

Completed​

Your world is complete and ready to explore!

You can now:

  • View and explore the world
  • Edit specific regions of the world
  • Share with others via a public link
  • Export in various formats including USDZ and Collision Mesh

Failed​

The generation process encountered an error.

Possible causes:

  • Invalid input
  • Technical issue
  • Timeout or rate limit exceeded

What to do:

  • Check your input and try again
  • Contact support at [email protected] if the issue persists

Monitoring Progress​

  • Stay on the page to see real-time updates and notifications
  • Or navigate away - your world will appear in your worlds page when ready
  • Email notifications are sent when generation completes (if enabled)
