Edit Versions

Every region edit creates a new version of your panorama. You can step back and forward through versions at any time during an editing session.

How It Works​

  • Each successful edit appends a new version to the panorama's history.
  • The current version indicator (v3/5) shows which version you're viewing and how many exist.
  • Versions are kept per world and persist if you leave and come back to the editor.

In the top right of the editor, you'll see two arrow buttons with a version counter between them:

  • Previous version (←): Step back to an earlier version.
  • Next version (→): Step forward toward your latest edit.

If you make a new edit while viewing an older version, versions after that point are discarded and replaced by the new branch.

Finalizing​

When you're happy with a version, finalize it. The finalized version becomes the new base panorama and earlier versions are cleared from the editor.

Tips​

  • Make incremental edits to keep granular versions to fall back to.
  • Compare a few versions before finalizing — once finalized, earlier drafts are gone.
  • If an edit didn't land the way you wanted, step back one version, refine your selection or prompt, and try again.
